Danilo has worked at Adapt since August 2021. His role involves understanding and supporting clients’ challenges and opportunities, and is responsible for growing clients accounts, through Amazon advertising.

Ryan has worked with Adapt since April 2022. He works mainly on the DSP, building internal process and creating KPI-driven ad strategies.
What Ryan enjoys most in his role is working with a team that is inclusive and gives him an opportunity to experiment and expand his expertise.
As an ex-scout, Ryan thoroughly enjoys doing anything outdoors – think hiking, shooting, climbing and swimming.
His first ever job was serving ice cream in Central London, making £10 an hour.
Saira has extensive experience in creative execution and digital delivery, having worked at brands such as Microsoft, Barclays, and Estee Lauder Companies. During this 15yrs cross-category exposure, Saira was responsible for and involved in marketing creative direction, website UX, consumer user journeys and advertising creative delivery. Culminating in helping lead the centralised creative hub for ELC studios, working with brands such as MAC, Jo Malone, Bobby Brown, and Tom Ford to deliver their in-store, online, retail, social and advertising campaigns.
Poorna has 7 years of experience on Amazon, starting from Amazon’s HQ in London. She joined the Beauty team and from then on has been working with clients such as GSK, P & G, Samsung, and many more through different agencies such as Flywheel and most recently WPP in Amsterdam. Poorna’s strength lies in Amazon brand strategy, and joined Adapt to help develop our clients performance on Amazon.
Tony has spent the past 15 years building a high performing E-Commerce team and accelerating Amazon sales as a vendor and seller for a global office products manufacturer. Tony built a team from the ground up that managed 9 marketplaces globally, across 9,000 ASINs with full in-house capability across advertising and PDP optimisations. Tony joined Adapt with first-hand experience on how to win on Amazon and how important team culture and business process is to unlock sustainable e-commerce growth.
